Yes, the loyalty scheme will automatically award points on your web & app orders as long as you are logged in as a user. You will also have a unique loyalty ID and associated QR code to earn points when ordering in store. Simply present at check out.
For website & app orders points will be allocated straightaway and for instore orders your balance and transactions history will be updated within 24 hours.
a. The loyalty scheme rewards our customers with loyalty points for each pound spent online & instore. The scheme has four unique membership tiers. The tiers and associated points earning rates are
i. Bronze – Earn 3 points per £1 spend
ii. Silver – Earn 5 points per £1 spend
iii. Gold – Earn 7 points per £1 spend
iv. Platinum – Earn 10 points per £1 spend
b. Scheme members are automatically allocated onto membership tiers based on their total spend in the current year. The qualifying spend is reset to zero at the start of each new year. The associated qualifying spend values for each tier are
i. Achieve Silver tier at £20 spend
ii. Achieve Gold tier at £150 spend
iii. Achieve Platinum tier at £500 spend
Only Web/App order spend is used to calculate your membership tier.
Each point is worth the equivalent of 1p.
a. Points can be converted into digital vouchers and stored in your voucher wallet.
i. Each voucher is valid for 1 year only.
ii. The expiry date is shown on each voucher.
iii. Vouchers are single use.
b. Vouchers can be used as full payment or part payment when you checkout on the website or app.
Points have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for cash. Points can only be converted into a voucher and spent as per the mechanism above.
a. Chaiiwala reserve the right to change the conversion rate between points and vouchers at any time. Note this would be communicated in advance and you would always have the opportunity to convert & spend your points at the pre-existing rate for a limited period of time.
b. Existing vouchers that have not expired will always remain at their face value.
c. Your points will expire if your account becomes inactive. An account becomes inactive if you have over 12 months of inactivity.
